Following are the official rules and regulations for Maven Ms Plus Size India. These are requirements for participating in the event. Contestants must meet the following requirements in order to compete:

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen or be a long-term India-born resident.
• The applicant may be single, divorced, widowed, or married with or without children.
• The applicant must never have, nor will she during the reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with any nudity or pornography. She should not have ever worked or is currently working in any position that requires partial or complete nudity.
• If selected as the Maven Ms Plus Size India Title holder, the winner has their title until their successor is elected or appointed.
• Contestants will participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the session.
• The organisers will hold no responsibility for any delays or non-receipt of applications. Any delay is due to any reason whatsoever.
• Applicant agrees to compete in the Maven Ms Plus Size India Pageant if they are selected as contestants. If they are selected as the national titleholder, they will also participate in the international round. They will be responsible for any fees required to enter the pageant, book reservations, and stay at a hotel for all rounds of the competition.
• The applicant agrees that if she is selected as a contestant, National Title holder, or Subtitle holder, she will do as the Maven Ms Plus Size India of India requests. The applicant also agrees to allow the Maven Ms Plus Size India to make decisions concerning production, promotions, photographs, and advertising based on her discretion.
• The pageant has the right to use any footage or photos of your moment as they see fit, including the subsequent publishing of it. You can be subpoenaed if you violate the contract, and all awards will be forfeited.
• All Titleholders are fiercely loyal to the Maven Ms Plus Size India Pageant and give 100% of their time and energy to their title. The Titleholder pledges not to promote any other pageant on the state, national, or international level for two years. Every titleholder can be an associate, presenter, or organizer for any other pageant system in only their state space.
• Applicant agrees that if they are not fully truthful, they risk being disqualified. This includes the presence of any misconduct, negative innuendos, or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, whether in oral statements, written agreements, or other actions before, during, and after participation.
• Any person who participates in the Mrs. India search must give their consent for the company, The Maven Productions, to use their name, likeness, voice, and biography for promotional purposes, meaning any promotion done in relation to this pageant, such as TV ads and press releases related to the event, forever.
• The applicant is not affiliated with any contract or agreement related to the title that she currently, or might in the future, hold.
• The organisers of the event are not responsible for any damage to your health or personal property incurred at the event. You voluntarily accept that you run this risk and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
• Contestant understands that if they are selected as a winner or subtitle winner in their competition, the rights to their careers will belong to Maven Ms Plus Size India and its licensees until one year elapses. They also agree not to give any endorsements without permission from the company.
• Maven Ms Plus Size India Pageant may use any information they have collected from you however they see fit.
• The applicant will give permission for the organizers of the Maven Ms Plus Size India to research and verify the information I have provided so that they can accept me as a contestant.
• The event location is private and only confirmed attendees are allowed inside. There will be a list of events during the preliminaries and they may change at any time. The organizers are not responsible for incomplete events.
• In the event that there is any dispute, the organizers’ decisions are final. The deadline for submissions will be determined by the number of applicants. The judges’ decision is final.
• Dependants must abide by the Contest Rules to be eligible to participate.
• All fees related to the pageant are non-refundable under any circumstance.
• The applicant will have to work hard, as required. They will have to work diligently and follow the schedule given.
• The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receptions of application due to any reason.
• If you are selected to participate as a contestant in the Maven Ms Plus Size India Pageant, you will have to stay at the host hotel and compete on the dates of the national pageant, and all expenses for that will have to be borne by yourself.
• I understand that I have all the power in my decisions concerning production, promotions, and other aspects of the Maven Ms Plus Size India. These decisions are not up to anyone else but me.
• Any misbehaving, negative innuendoes, or false information given by applicants will lead to disqualification without further question. The applicant certifies that they understand this warning and will not lie.
• If you enter our pageant, you must promise that you- a) won’t hold anyone responsible for your partaking in the pageant again and b) will release all responsibility for this.
• The applicant is not a party to any contracts written or otherwise concerning her title. The organisers are not responsible for accidents related to the event taking place. You participate at your own risk and responsibility.
• Maven Ms Plus Size India Pageant can also share my information with anyone for any purpose.
• Only applicants are allowed in the venue. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change. The organizers are not responsible for non-completion (or non-occurrence).
• In the event of a dispute, you should realize that the decision of the organizers is final and binding. If deadlines are missed, then the number of entrants will determine how late a project is able to be accepted. The decision of the judges is final.
